Communication Support Group

Communication Support Group (CSG) is a pivotal component of IL&FS Education. CSG offers strategic communication through competent concepts, processes and products to customers, stakeholders and employees

The group communicates to our internal and external customers about the company, its management, mode of functioning, philosophy and values and importantly, our products and services so that they can trust what the company stands for and confidently buy, consume and use our products and services.

To our stakeholders, investors, shareholders, partners and suppliers, employees, government, NGO’s, local community, industry and customers the group communicates about the activities that are relevant to them.

Internally the group communicates and develops a sense of inclusion, a sense willing cooperation and a united pursuit of the company’s values and goals. This is done through two-way internal communications up and down the hierarchy

All this is executed through tailor-made communication tools and collaterals focused around online/interactive communication, opinion research, grassroots mobilisation, advertising and public relations

This group also houses the knowledge management expertise and helps utilise and manage and exploit the organisation's information and the application of peoples' competencies, skills, talents, thoughts, ideas, intuitions, commitments, motivations, and imaginations

The organisation’s knowledge is managed by harnessing information flows and architectures, capturing organisational learning, leveraging knowledge bases, and also by sustaining business values.
